All problems should be presented via email within 2 weeks of receiving the ordered products. Refunds are provided up to 30 days after receiving the ordered products. Refunds are provided for products that have major flaws, size is completely wrong, or we sent the wrong product. The item(s) being returned need to be in new condition as received. If product is in poor condition upon return, we will not be able to issue a refund. We are flexible and would like to resolve the matter together.
Upon a satisfactory return, we will issue you store credit which can be used on any item in the store or we can replace the item with the correct product desired. In some cases, we will just offer a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee.
